Insurance
I do not bill insurance directly and am not in-network with insurance companies. However, if you have a PPO plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement as an out-of-network provider, depending on your specific plan. If you choose to pursue reimbursement, I’m happy to provide a monthly Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
I’m a contracted provider with Lyra Health and Modern Health, employer-sponsored mental health benefits offered by companies like Google, Meta, Starbucks, Amazon, ServiceNow, and hundreds of others. Many clients are surprised to learn they're eligible for therapy at no cost as part of their employee benefits. If your employer partners with Lyra or Modern Health, you could start therapy in as little as 48 hours with no copays and no insurance hassle. Check with your Human Resources department or reach out to me directly and I’ll verify your eligibility for you.

Questions to ask your insurance company:
1. Do I have Out of Network behavioral health benefits?
2. Do I have an Out of Network deductible, how much is it and has it been met?
3. What is my Out of Network reimbursement rate per session?
4. Are there limitations based upon the length of session (45 minutes versus 60 minutes)?
5. How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
